Packages are shipped through USPS or UPS. They will be shipped via First Class or by Priority Mail, based on weight.
We do not guarantee delivery times and if your item is delayed past it’s “estimated arrival date” we apologize, but it is out of our control. You will receive a tracking number for your package and we do not have any more information than you do (or the tracking indicates) once an item is shipped.
