I was a bit skeptical about a massage bar for a soap, but this feels SO nice after a rough day, or on stiff muscles in the morning. I love being able to work on spots of tension during my usual daily routine. (It's also a perfect for when you're showering with a partner and want to treat each other.) I have added oatmeal as an exfoliant to give your skin a gentle buff as you go. Combined with using one of my Foaming Sugar Scrubs twice a week this bar is a staple in my self care and my skin and body always feel silky and cared for.
