I began making this oil when I was working as a doula, and had several clients complain of trouble sleeping due to restless legs, sore muscles, and insomnia. I have found over the years that some people preferred a spray for quick application, while others enjoyed adding a lotion to their bedtime routine. For clients (and my husband) with migraines the rollers were easiest to carry and keep closely on hand. Each option is available in my shop, and a gift set including all three is wonderful for those who enjoy having it available at all times. Please be aware that magnesium can cause a tingling on the skin, especially if you are deficient.

Packages are shipped through USPS or UPS. They will be shipped via First Class or by Priority Mail, based on weight.
We do not guarantee delivery times and if your item is delayed past it’s “estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. You will receive a tracking number for your package and we do not have any more information than you do (or the tracking indicates) once an item is shipped.
