Run of the mill sugar scrubs are lovely, but they are not built to last. I found myself using far too much product to get the results I wanted, as my scrubs dissolved quickly in the shower. After extensive of research - and a bit of trial and error - I have found that fine ground organic walnut shells were the missing piece for a scrub that has the staying power to deliver truly decadent results.

I can't say enough wonderful things about how this scrub has changed my skin. First of all, it smells absolutely delicious. While most lemon fragrances can be a bit too similar to household cleaner this one is perfectly grounded with a creamy base that makes you wish you could have it for dessert. But, most importantly, it has made my skin incredibly smooth and soft, and nearly erased all signs of my keratosis pilaris (strawberry legs).

Because this is a more thorough removal of dead skin and whatever else is clogging your pores, it is formulated using organic shea butter as the base, which is a non-comedogenic moisturizer. This helps to protect your skin barrier, and regulate oil production. If using more than 3x a week I highly recommend following up with our whipped body butters, or using them on your 'off' days.
