Through meditating on Manipura, one is said to attain the power to save,change or destroy the world.
Sacral Chakra: Located directly over your womb space, this is your center for creativity. When creating changes in life, art, creative solutions, or anything else requiring inspiration you are tapping into this chakra. Because creativity requires a level of trust, this chakra is easily blocked by fears - particularly fears of death and endings.
Root Chakra: Provides the foundation on which we build our life. It supports us in growing and feeling safe into exploring all the aspects of life. It is related to our feeling of safety and security, whether it’s physical or regarding our bodily needs or metaphorical regarding housing and financial safety. The first chakra centers around the idea of survival and safety. This is where we ground ourselves into the earth and anchor our energy into the manifest world.
